Hi, I’m Erval Machado, CEO and founder of va realm.. Registered with DTI, BIR, and trademark approved, our agency was built to redefine what a Virtual Assistant can be.
With over 8 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent, specializing in B2B and B2C cold calling, appointment setting, and closing in industries like real estate and construction, I noticed that most VAs fail not because they lack skills, but because they lack proper training, consistency, and organization.
At va realm., we do things differently. We carefully select the best VAs, train them, and pair them with clients to ensure they are more than just assistants. They are problem solvers, partners, and a true extension of your business. Our team includes ISAs, VAs, EAs, SMMs, and CSRs, all managed and supported to stay motivated, consistent, and continuously improving.
